Motion Display Window

This window is opened from the Main Window > View > Motion Correction

Control	Description
Enable Motion Detection	Enables/Disables the Motion Correction (the acquisition needs to be stopped for toggling this property)
History Length	Sets the motion history length
Select Estimator	Opens file dialog to select motion estimator class
Select Corrector	Opens file dialog to select motion corrector class
Load from File	Open Tiff file to set reference volume
Reprocess Estimators	Deletes and recreates all estimator objects. This can be used to reprocess the reference volume after the motion estimator class was modified.
Enable All	Enable all motion estimators
Disable All	Disable all motion estimators
Clear	Clear all motion estimators
Delete	Delete the currently selected estimator
Enable Correction XY	Enable lateral motion correction
Enable Correction Z	Enable axial motion correction
Device XY	Device to be used for lateral motion correction
Device Z	Device to be used for axial motion correction
Device Bounds XY	Correction Bounds for lateral motion correction
Device Bounds Z	Correction Bounds for axial motion correction
