ROI Groups Panel

Button Label	Description
↑\|↓	Updates the currently selected stimulation group. This is equivalent to selecting the stimulus group below or above the currently selected group.
New	Creates a new stimulus group.
Copy	Copies the currently select stimulus group.
Edit	Opens the Edit+Stim+Groups Tab for the currently selected stimulus group.
Delete	Removes the currently selected stimulus group.

Field	Description
Scanner	A pre-defined Imaging System that will be used to control the stimulation path.
Mode	Changes the triggering mode used.
Trigger Source	Digital port used for triggering a stimulus pattern from an external digital rising edge.
Stim Immediately	When enabled, the first pattern will run on clicking the Start button without waiting for external triggers.

Field	Description
Show	Displays current stimulation position in the viewport. Note If using galvo mirrors, both galvo mirrors need to properly calibrated before monitoring can be enabled.
Log	Logs the stimulation position feedback to a .stim file using the set file name.
Calibrate	Calibrates the galvo mirrors used for stimulation.

Field	Description
Allow Multiple Outputs	Toggle on to allow multiple selections per trigger.
Enable HotKeys	Toggles the availability of Hot-Keys.

Field	Description
Trig Term (Trigger Terminal)	Digital input port used to trigger the selected stimulus group or groups.
Stimuli	Array of stimulation groups by index. The number of indices in Stimuli must match the number terminals defined in Terms. When the selected terminal is high, the associated stimulus group indicated in this field will be triggered.
Terms	Array of PFI indices used to listen for selection.

Table Column	Description
Stimulation Sequence	An array of stimulation groups by index.
Number of Sequences	The number of times to repeat the sequence. Warning This setting will duplicate the control waveform for all used devices (galvos, piezo, beams, etc.). Be wary of memory limitations when altering this value.
